Client: Detskaya Afisha information website (deti-afisha.od.ua) is a non-profit project and a community for Odessa residents.

Business area: Information Resources.

Service: SEO.

Objective: Increase SEO traffic and website visibility.

Geo: Odessa.

Task: Increase the number of sessions on the website via organic traffic; increase the visibility of target keywords; expand the semantic core; bring keywords to the TOP-10.

Initial data

We developed the information website deti-afisha.od.ua on the WordPress platform and worked with it regularly. In this case, the task was to improve organic traffic. The digital marketing agency DMark professionals had to expand the semantic core, increase traffic growth for target queries, and find errors that negatively affect promotion.

Search for solutions

🔶 Analyzing the main competitors in the niche taking into account their positions in the Google search results.

🔶 Compiling a list of additional website pages that can be created to expand the semantic core.

🔶 Comprehensive development of priority pages that are already on the website.

🔶 Developing a strategy for the website’s external promotion considering the anchor list.

Solutions

🔶 We studied and eliminated errors issued by the Google Search Console.

🔶 We reviewed the existing link mass and analyzed donor websites and the anchor list.

🔶 We made a plan for purchasing links on high-quality trusted websites and began implementing it.

🔶 We improved internal linking between the website pages and increased the link mass for landing pages.

🔶 We studied priority pages: replaced outdated information, put correct meta-tags, added micro-markup, and expanded the semantic core.

🔶 The client approved the plan for adding new landing pages and we implemented it.

🔶 We introduced new blocks to the main page and performed additional interlinking between priority pages.

🔶 We have been adding relevant articles regularly, increasing the weight of the necessary website pages.

Results

  • Traffic increased 3 times and the positive dynamics for key phrases could be seen.
  • Visibility of the deti-afisha.od.ua website in the TOP-20 Google search results has improved.
  • We continue implementing the approved strategy for traffic growth.
