IT Services Sales Manager (B2B)

Our marketing agency is looking for an IT Sales Manager who understands the specifics of the digital market, can conduct negotiations, and build long-term relationships with clients. We focus on our clients’ growth through systematic internet marketing, sales, and the implementation of modern digital tools.

Work format: office-based, remote, or hybrid (office + remote). Residence in Odesa will be an advantage.

What tasks will you need to handle?

  • Actively search for and attract potential clients, ensuring sales of IT services (B2B segment).
  • Conduct negotiations and identify client needs.
  • Sell IT and digital services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.) through various communication channels.
  • Maintain the client database.
  • Support clients at all stages of the deal.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and present solutions.
  • Work with documentation and reports.
  • Participate in improving sales scripts and approaches to working with leads.

Key requirements for candidates

  • Experience in service sales (IT / digital will be an advantage).
  • Ability to handle objections and lead clients to results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan your working day, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Sociability, persistence, organization, result orientation, stress resistance, proactiveness, ability and willingness to learn.

A plus: understanding of how online advertising and digital marketing work.
