About the Project
Chudova Store is the online family clothing store, targeting shoppers seeking affordable prices without compromising on quality. The project focuses on combining budget-friendly products with high-quality customer service and a carefully curated selection.
The store offers clothing for a variety of customer categories, offering a one-stop shop for the whole family. The product range includes collections selected based on the quality of materials, the relevance of styles, and ease of everyday use.
Project goal
Chudova Store clothing brand requested us to develop an up-to-date online store for promotion via Google Merchant and other advertising tools. The project’s key focus was to create an online store on the Horoshop platform with full eCommerce functionality, all within a limited budget.
Before launching the online store website, sales were primarily conducted through an Instagram page, which limited the ability to scale, automate orders, and launch Google Product Ads.
The project’s main goal was to create a budget-friendly yet fully functional online clothing store, ready for product ads and further development.
Additionally, it was necessary to:
- create a user-friendly catalog structure;
- prepare the website for Google Merchant Center;
- ensure the project could be scaled up.
It was important to find a platform that would allow for a quick launch of sales and avoid complex and expensive custom development.
Initial data
At the start of the project, the client provided:
- the brand name;
- the logo;
- basic company information;
- the catalog structure.
This data set was sufficient to make the overall project concept and prepare the structure of the future online store.
Project analysis and preparation
Before launching the project, the team analyzed competitors and studied user behavior patterns in online stores.
The project preparation included:

- identifying brand strengths;
- developing the catalog structure;
- developing terms of reference.
This preparatory stage allowed us to plan ahead for user-friendly navigation, properly arrange categories, and develop the structure that would be convenient for customers and facilitate subsequent store promotion via Google Merchant and search advertising.
What was done
We chose the Horoshop platform for the project development since it allows for the launch of full-fledged online stores with ready-made eCommerce functionality without the significant costs of custom development. This approach is especially good for projects that need to quickly enter the market, save money, and have a website ready for further promotion and scaling.
The platform’s additional advantage was its adaptation to the requirements of Google Merchant Center and product advertising. This allowed us to correctly implement the catalog structure, product cards, filters, URLs, and basic SEO settings, preparing the website for moderation for the Google Shopping launch.
